I ride. I show. I know.

Early On

Dr. Amy Rock’s experience with Thoroughbreds began as the manager and agent for her parents’ Double R Farm Thoroughbred interests, which involved racing, breeding, and sales. Using her chiropractic expertise, she improved the health and performance of the Rock Racing Stable horses.

Dr. Rock has been showing and breeding American Saddlebred horses since 1980. Her achievements in the show ring include three World’s Championship titles and numerous Kentucky High Point awards. She has worked alongside noted Saddlebred trainers over the years, gaining extensive hands-on experience as a horsewoman.

Cutting and reining? Dr. Amy is a serious student of cutting and reining under Kentucky trainers. She’s a proud sponsor of Kelly Lynn Curry, a professional barrel racer, from K Bar C Ranch in Wilmore, Ky.

Dr. Amy handles and shows Paxton like she does everything else — with passion, skill, and knowledge.

Showing her prized Corgi Rishmi Gen. Bull Paxton, CGC, BN, RAE (“Paxton”) to top ribbons in AKC Rally Obedience? Yep, she does that, too — and routinely works on dogs that show or just like to romp and play. As the long-time chiropractitioner for Smoky Mountain Dock Dogs, Amy has helped these competitors win national and world titles.
